Here it is! :) The very first step to get into bodybuilding is to strengthen your arms first. As most of the work out needed the strength from your arm. Alright, here is a short video showing you how to train your biceps starting with a dumbbell first.
Alright, this dumbbell exercise showed on the video is to get your biceps muscle warm up or shaping of your arm. Next is a video on burbell exercise for the arms.
As for this burbell exercise on arm, its purpose is to make your arm bigger and at the same time more strength.
